Pulled my first cup and knew right away this is the real deal. The heavy body really coats your mouth, and that roasty note hits perfectly without any bitterness. Found myself just sniffing the mug for a minute before even tasting it.

Finally, a dark roast that doesn't taste burnt. The heavy body and low acidity make it incredibly smooth, and I can actually pick up on that subtle cocoa note in the finish. This is my new go-to morning cup.

I was a little worried it would be too bitter, but the low acidity really lets the cocoa notes come through. The heavy body makes it feel like a real treat in the morning, and that roasty finish lingers just right.
