The honey sweetness hits right at the front of the sip and then settles into this clean almond finish that lingers just enough. I’ve been brewing it in my pour-over every morning since it arrived, and the apple note shows up more as it cools. Easily the most interesting bag I’ve opened this month.

Brewed my first cup this morning and the apple note really comes through as it cools—makes it feel like a crisp fall morning even though it's July. Perfect for my morning pour-over routine.

The honey and almond notes are spot on, and it brews a really smooth cup. I just wish the apple flavor was a bit more noticeable in the finish.
