Finally pulled my first straight espresso shot at home with this and it actually came out balanced, not bitter or sour. The versatile blend holds up well whether I'm making a latte or just a quick plain shot.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well it holds up as a straight shot—smooth enough not to need milk, but still bold. The bag's description nailed it, this blend really anchors my morning routine now.

I've been making lattes with this every morning and the crema is so much richer than my old beans. It pulls through smooth even with oat milk, which I know can be tricky. My mocha came out perfectly balanced, too.
