I was a bit skeptical about the brown sugar note, but it really does balance the citrus perfectly—makes the whole cup feel smoother. This is my new go-to for mornings when I want something bright but not overwhelming.

The citrus kick hits you right away, but that brown sugar finish sneaks in to mellow everything out perfectly. I’ve been brewing it in my pour-over and it’s the brightest morning cup I’ve had in weeks.

I wasn’t expecting the brown sugar finish to come through so clearly, it’s a pleasant surprise after the sharp citrus burst. This light roast is perfect for my morning pour-over.
