That apple acidity adds such a nice brightness to the usual espresso richness—it’s a pleasant surprise without being too tart. Pulled a perfect shot this morning with a thick crema.

The apple acidity hits first, then the dark chocolate settles in — such a smooth balance. It’s rich enough for a straight shot but forgiving in milk drinks, too.

The dark chocolate note really comes through on the first sip, but that apple acidity on the finish is what keeps me coming back. It's bold enough to stand up to milk but smooth enough to drink black. My mornings feel a little more put-together now.
