The acidity is bright and fruity, exactly like fresh blackcurrant and lime, and it brews up incredibly smooth with no bitterness. I've been trying different single-origin beans, and this juicy profile from Nyeri is the most fun one I've had in a while.

The lime and raspberry notes come through clearly, making each sip bright and refreshing. It's a solid daily brew, though I wish the blackcurrant was a bit more pronounced for my taste.
