ブルンジ カヤンザ ヒルズ

I opened the bag and the strawberry aroma was so intense it filled my kitchen. Brewed it as a filtered coffee and got bright, sweet grape notes that lasted through the whole cup.

The strawberry and grape notes are incredibly vibrant in this coffee, it's like drinking a fruit bowl. I've tried several light roasts recently, but the sweetness from these Kayanza Hills beans stands out distinctly. Makes a fantastic morning cup.

First brewed this as a pour-over and the strawberry notes came through beautifully, though it faded a bit as it cooled. Wish the grape undertone was a touch stronger for my taste, but still a solid, fruity cup.
