The blueberry note is unmistakable—it hits right at the front and fades into a raisin sweetness that lingers. The high-elevation drying really shows in the complexity, tart but never sharp. I’ve already ordered another bag.

I’m not usually a fan of natural coffees, but the blueberry and raisin notes here are surprisingly clean and sweet, not funky at all. The plum finish lingers nicely, and it’s complex enough to keep me sipping slowly. Definitely a treat for mornings when I want something fruity.

This coffee’s high-elevation origin really shows—it’s got a bright, tart kick up front that fades into a sweet plum finish. I’m impressed by how clean and complex the flavor is for a natural-processed bean.
