I wasn't sure if I'd actually taste date sweetness in coffee, but this blend delivers exactly that alongside a nuttiness that lingers nicely. The body is noticeably thick and smooth, even for a dark roast.

Finally got around to brewing this as a pour-over, and the date sweetness really came through—bittersweet chocolate note is spot-on, too. My morning cup has never felt this indulgent without being heavy.

This one’s got that dense, velvety sweetness you can feel on your tongue, with the bittersweet chocolate and date notes coming through cleanly. I keep going back for another cup, which says enough.
