Brewed a cup this morning and the black tea undertone really balances the citrus. That subtle savory kick at the end is unexpected but works perfectly.

The tangerine note hits right away, then that savory red pepper finish sneaks up and makes this coffee genuinely interesting. I've been brewing it in my pour-over and it's become my favorite morning ritual.

That black tea finish really lingers in a satisfying way, and the savory red pepper hint makes this unlike any other coffee I've brewed at home. It's smooth enough to drink black, which is my test for a good roast.
