جناح الشمع

Pulled this as a double espresso and the chocolate notes came through perfectly, with just a hint of berry sweetness on the finish. It’s smooth enough to drink straight, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Tried this as a pour-over first, and the berry sweetness really came through without any bitterness. The chocolate notes are subtle but pair nicely. Makes a great afternoon cup.

Pulled a shot of this for my morning latte and the crema was incredibly thick and silky. The berry sweetness really balanced the dark chocolate bitterness perfectly. Definitely my new go-to for espresso.
