I was hoping the acidity wouldn't be too sharp, but it’s perfectly balanced here, making every sip smooth. The sweetness comes through nicely without being cloying, and it’s just an all-around delicious cup.

The deep sweetness hits right away without being cloying, and the acidity is so well-balanced that it works perfectly black. I've been brewing this every morning for a week and it's consistently delicious.

This is the first coffee I've had in a while where the sweetness really comes through without needing any sugar. The acidity is perfectly balanced, making each sip smooth from start to finish. Definitely going to be my go-to morning brew.
