First whiff of the grind hit me with that jasmine, just like the description says, and the cup itself is so smooth with a sweet apricot tang. This is the kind of washed Ethiopian that makes a pour-over feel like a special occasion.

The jasmine hits you right when the grinder starts, which is exactly what I was after. I just wish the apricot note came through a bit stronger in the cup itself, but it’s still a lovely, bright coffee for a morning pour-over.
