I was pleasantly surprised by how well the apricot and cocoa notes come through in the milk, even with a standard latte. This organic espresso has a nice, full body that pulls clean shots every time.

Pulling a double shot this morning was almost effortless, and the crema was thick and glossy. The cocoa notes come through beautifully in a latte, with just a hint of apricot sweetness lingering. I'm already looking forward to my next cup.

I was skeptical about organic espresso blends, but the apricot and cocoa notes here are genuinely present, not just marketing hype. Pulls a perfect shot with that rich crema I’ve been chasing for months.
