The finish is what got me—that deep nutty note lingers just long enough after the fruity sweetness fades. I've been brewing it in my pour-over and the cherry comes through juicy without ever turning tart. Definitely my new daily bag.

The cherry notes really come through in the first sip, and it finishes with that warm nuttiness that lingers nicely. I’ve been reaching for this bag every morning since it arrived.

I brewed a cup this morning and that nutty sweetness really balanced out the cherry, making it smooth from start to finish. The flavor held up nicely even as it cooled down, which is rare for a lighter roast.
