I wasn't expecting the apricot note to come through so clearly, but it really brightens up my morning cup. The cocoa finish is smooth without any bitterness, and it works great in my drip machine.

Brewed a pot this morning and the brown sugar sweetness hit first, then that apricot brightness came through just as described. It's smooth enough to drink black without any bitterness.

The cocoa notes come through beautifully in a pour-over, and I'm surprised by how smooth it tastes even without milk. The apricot finish lingers just enough to keep things interesting. This has easily become my go-to morning brew.
