The chocolate note really comes through without any bitterness, which is rare for a dark roast. I’ve been brewing it in my French press every morning and the cup stays smooth from first sip to last.

This is the boldest cup of coffee I've had in a while—no bitterness at all, just smooth and rich. The chocolate flavor really comes through and makes it feel sweet without any sugar. Perfect for a dark roast that stays pleasant to the last sip.

The chocolate notes are so pronounced that it almost drinks like a dessert, yet the deep, dark roastiness still hits exactly where it should. Made a pot this morning and didn't need a single splash of cream to smooth out the bitterness—it's already sweet and pleasant on its own.
