البرازيل ميناس جيرايس

That subtle lemon brightness cuts right through the rich, nutty base—makes every sip interesting. I've been brewing this for a week now and it's easily my new morning go-to.

The nutty, peanut-butter-cup flavor is exactly as described, and that subtle lemon brightness really lifts it up. Brewed a pour-over this morning and it was perfectly balanced—smooth and rich without any bitterness.

This is the first Brazil I've brewed that actually tastes like a peanut butter cup, and that lemon kick on the finish keeps it from getting too heavy. The beans are incredibly smooth, no bitterness even as it cools, and I've already ordered another bag.
