Tried this as a cold brew concentrate and the sweet cherry flavor really came through without being artificial. The caramel and chocolate notes balanced it out nicely, making it a solid choice for a rotating seasonal blend.

Brewed a cup this morning and the caramel and chocolate balance is spot-on without being too heavy. The cherry sweetness is subtle enough to make it interesting but not overpowering. Perfect for my daily morning mug.

The cherry flavor really comes through in this latest batch, which is a pleasant surprise since I usually go for darker roasts. It makes for a great afternoon pick-me-up when I want something a little different.
