Great Heights - 5 lb bag

Brewed a cold batch this morning and the cherry sweetness really pops without any bitterness, which is rare for a light roast. The nutty notes keep it interesting sip after sip, and the bag lasted me a solid three weeks. Probably ordering another one soon.

The deep cedar notes come through beautifully in a hot brew, and the cherry finish is a pleasant surprise. Makes for a really smooth morning cup.

I've been brewing this cold in the mornings and the nutty-cherry sweetness really shines through without any bitterness. The light body makes it perfect for a big tumbler of iced coffee that doesn't feel heavy. Definitely my new go‑to for summer.
