This coffee nails that perfect diner cup nostalgia but with a noticeably smoother finish that doesn't get bitter as it cools. I’ve been brewing it in my French press every morning and it’s exactly the comforting, no-fuss cup I needed.

I was skeptical about a coffee described as "more complex," but this really nails that balance—familiar enough for my morning routine but with a depth that makes me want another cup.

The first sip hit me with that familiar Waffle House diner taste, but with a surprising depth I wasn't expecting. It's smooth enough for a morning rush but has a complexity that makes me slow down and actually enjoy it.
