I was a little skeptical about a pre-ground espresso blend, but the richness in the cup surprised me. It pulled a perfectly smooth shot that made my morning latte taste like it was from a café.

The crema on this shot was incredibly thick and lasted through my whole latte. It's the smoothest espresso I've used at home, no bitterness at all. Perfect for a quick morning cortado.

Pulled a double shot this morning and the crema was thick and gorgeous, exactly what I wanted from a blend roasted for espresso. It's smooth enough to drink straight but holds up beautifully in a cortado too. This is my new go-to bag.
