That apricot flavor hits you right in the first sip, and the apple adds a nice crispness that balances the blackberry. I've brewed it in my pour-over and the fruitiness is so clean, it's like a fresh fruit cup in a cup of coffee.

The blackberry note really comes through on the finish, making this natural process feel complex without being overpowering. I’ve been brewing it as a pour-over and the apricot sweetness balances the fruitiness perfectly.

I was blown away by how the apple and blackberry notes balanced each other in this cup. The natural process really makes the fruitiness pop without being overpowering.
