The pineapple sweetness is what drew me in, and the floral finish keeps me coming back. I love how the natural process brings out both the fruity and tea-like qualities.

I’ve been experimenting with this as a cold brew, and the pineapple note really comes through in a way that surprised me. The lime and jasmine are there too, but it’s the fruit sweetness that steals the show. Definitely one of the more complex natural-processed coffees I’ve had lately.

Brewing this as a pour-over this morning, the lime and jasmine notes came through so clearly it smelled like a fresh flower arrangement. The pineapple sweetness on the finish was a nice surprise that lingered just right.
