The rich chocolate notes really shine through in a pour-over, but the hint of cherry sweetness caught me off guard in the best way. I’ve been pulling shots with it too, and it’s consistently smooth without any bitterness.

Pulled a double shot this morning and the crema was thick and glossy, with that cherry sweetness balancing the dark chocolate perfectly. Worked great in my pour-over too, but it's definitely at its best as espresso.

The chocolate and cherry notes come through beautifully in my espresso machine, creating a rich, balanced shot every time. Even my pour-over turned out surprisingly smooth and flavorful.
