I brewed this as a pour-over this morning and the complexity really came through—it’s smooth but has layers that keep you guessing. I’ve tried it in a French press too and it holds up just as well, which isn’t always the case with fussy blends.

I was skeptical about a blend being "complex but approachable," but this one delivers—smooth as a pour-over yet still bold in a moka pot. The balance is perfect for my morning ritual.

The three single origins in this blend really do come together smoothly—it’s complex without being bitter, and I’ve been loving it as my morning pour-over. Works great with my standard drip machine too, no fuss needed. Definitely picking up another bag soon.
