The E.A. processing really does the trick here—this decaf has that deep, dark molasses sweetness I usually only find in caffeinated roasts. The citrus note on the finish keeps it from feeling heavy, which makes it my go-to for an evening cup.

I was skeptical about decaf having any real depth, but the E.A. process really preserves that rich, dark molasses sweetness. Even brewed as a pour-over, it holds a nice body without any of the flatness I’ve tasted in other decafs.

The dark molasses sweetness is exactly what I was hoping for, and it's surprisingly rich for a decaf. I brew it in my French press every evening and never miss the caffeine jolt.
