The key lime acidity hits right at the front, then settles into that creamy hazelnut sweetness. I’ve been brewing it as a pour-over and it’s incredibly smooth, no bitterness at all.

After struggling to find a truly balanced coffee, this one nails it with the key lime brightness mellowing into that deep hazelnut finish. I’ve been brewing it for a week and it is easily my new morning favorite.
