The underwater fermentation really makes the citrus notes pop — I tasted hints of lemon and cinnamon with every sip. This is the most aromatic coffee I’ve brewed in months.

Brewed a cup this morning and the floral aroma hit me before I even took a sip. That citrusy brightness combined with a hint of cinnamon makes it my new favorite morning routine.

The underwater fermentation really lets the floral and citrus notes shine through, and the cinnamon finish is a lovely surprise. It's a bright, complex cup that I've been craving every morning since I opened the bag. Definitely worth the price for this quality.
