The tangerine brightness in this roast really wakes up my morning, and that cinnamon candy sweetness lingers just enough to make the cup feel special. I've been brewing it as a pour-over to catch those floral aromatics, and the clean finish keeps me from wanting to add anything to it.

I was skeptical about a coffee with floral notes, but the tangerine brightness cuts through perfectly in my morning cup. The cinnamon candy sweetness lingers just enough without being cloying.
