I don't miss the caffeine at all—this decaf has a surprising brightness that makes my morning cup feel full and flavorful. The acidity level is much more lively than I expected from a decaf.

After brewing a cup, I was genuinely surprised by how much flavor came through—this decaf has a crisp, almost citrusy brightness that makes it feel like a full-caffeine pour-over. It's become my go-to for an evening coffee that doesn't leave me wired.

I was skeptical about decaf being bright, but this one genuinely surprised me—the acidity and clarity remind me of a good light roast. Makes a clean, flavorful cup that stands on its own.
