Brewed a cup this morning and the jasmine notes hit me right away—so delicate and floral. The cranberry acidity gives it a nice tart finish that lingers just enough. Definitely my new go-to for a bright, clean morning coffee.

The bright grapefruit acidity cuts through the richness of a morning pour-over beautifully. I've been brewing it in my AeroPress and the cranberry notes linger just long enough. Definitely a step up from my usual bag.

The grapefruit note is what got me—it cuts through the jasmine in a way that makes the cup feel brighter than most washed Yirgacheffes I've tried. Only downside is it fades a bit fast once the coffee cools, but that's a minor nitpick for the price.
