The raspberry note hits right at the front of every sip, and the cedar smell when I open the bag is honestly my favorite part of my morning routine. It's the brightest Sumatra I've had in years, no heavy earthiness at all.

The raspberry and grape notes are really there, making this one of the most unique Sumatras I've brewed. The honey process gives it a sweetness that balances the cedar aroma perfectly.

Finally, a Sumatran coffee that doesn't taste like earth and ash—the raspberry and grape notes are incredibly clean and bright. I brewed a pour-over this morning and the cedar aroma really comes through as it cools.
