Pulling my first shot was a breeze; the chocolate and nut flavors came through perfectly balanced. Even my fiancé, who's picky about espresso, said it's the best we've had at home.

The lemon zest note really cuts through the chocolate and nuts beautifully, even in a latte. My shots have been consistently smooth and easy to dial in, which I appreciate as a home barista.

Pulled my first shot this morning and it came out syrupy sweet without a single sour sputter, even on my finicky machine. The chocolate and nut backbone holds up beautifully in a cortado, and that lemon hint just adds a little lift at the end.
