Brewed a pour-over with this and was surprised by how smooth it turned out—the chocolate note really comes through without any bitterness. That subtle citrus kick at the end made my morning cup feel more interesting. Definitely going to keep this in the rotation.

I pulled a double shot of this this morning and the chocolate-almond backbone was so rich it barely needed any sugar. Works great as a pour-over too, which surprised me.

The citrus brightness really balances out the deep chocolate notes—makes for a perfect morning shot. I've been brewing it as a pour-over too, and the body holds up beautifully without getting bitter.
