The natural Ethiopia and anaerobic Colombia make such a perfect pair—every sip starts bright and just keeps unfolding with more fruit notes as it cools down. I wasn't expecting the flavor to evolve so noticeably as the coffee sat in my cup.

Poured a cup this morning and the fruit notes hit immediately—way more intense than I expected from a coffee. As it cooled down, it got even sweeter, almost like berry punch. Perfect for slow sipping on a hot day.

The natural Ethiopia and anaerobic Colombia together create such a vibrant, evolving flavor. It's incredibly juicy right out of the cup, and that sweetness just deepens as it sits. Definitely satisfied with this summer pick.
