衣索比亞 戈蒂蒂

The strawberry and tangerine notes really come through in the cup, and the jasmine adds a lovely floral finish that lingers. It's easily the sweetest washed Ethiopian I've had this year, and knowing it comes from 838 smallholder farmers makes it taste even better.

I brewed this coffee with my V60 and the tangerine brightness paired with that jasmine finish made my morning feel special. The washed process really lets the sweetness shine through without any bitterness.

The strawberry note hits you right away, but it's the tangerine that keeps this cup so bright and refreshing. Even my roommate, who usually drinks dark roasts, asked what I was brewing.
