I’ve been brewing this for a week straight and the molasses note really comes through smooth, not bitter. The body is heavy enough to stand up to milk, which is a nice surprise for a dark roast.

That roasty aroma hit me the second I cracked the bag open, and the brew itself is pure molasses depth — exactly what I wanted for my cold mornings. It's dark, heavy, and somehow smooth at the same time. I've already ordered a second bag.

The molasses and chocolate notes are bold and satisfying, and it brews into a surprisingly smooth cup despite the dark roast. My only small gripe is that the roasty aroma lingers a bit longer than I'd like in the kitchen.
