Brewed this as a pour-over this morning and the floral, white grape aroma hit me before I even took a sip. The tangerine brightness carries through to a clean finish that lingers just right.

The floral aroma hits you as soon as you open the bag—I was surprised how strong the white grape notes come through in the cup. This is such a clean, vibrant coffee, and that tangerine finish lingers just enough without being sharp. Definitely ordering more before it's gone.

The tangerine acidity is really bright and pleasant, almost like biting into a fresh citrus slice. I wish the floral notes were a bit more pronounced, but overall it's a clean and interesting cup.
