Pulled my first cup this morning and that bright finish with a hint of apple really wakes you up. The balance between nutty and chocolatey is spot-on without being too heavy.

The almond and chocolate notes are exactly what I look for in a morning roast, and it's bright without being acidic. Even my picky coworker asked what I was brewing.

I was a little skeptical about the apple hint, but it's actually a really nice subtle touch that rounds out the sweetness. This roast makes a smooth morning cup that doesn't need any sugar.
