The nutmeg note really comes through in the finish, adding a nice warmth to the bright tangerine. I've been brewing it in my French press and getting a clean, balanced cup every time. This is a unique Ethiopian that stands out from the usual floral profiles.

The tangerine and black tea flavors balance perfectly here—bright but not too acidic. I brewed it as a pour-over and got a really clean, sweet cup with that subtle spice lingering in the finish. This is easily one of the most interesting light roasts I've tried recently.
