I brewed this one as a pour-over and it genuinely tastes like lemonade with a tea-like finish—so bright and clean. That citrus acidity is exactly what I look for in an Ethiopian coffee, and it’s lovely on a warm morning.

The tea-like body is so smooth that it almost tricks me into thinking I'm drinking an herbal infusion, and the bright lemonade acidity wakes up my palate perfectly for a morning brew. I just wish the price were a touch lower for a 12oz bag to make it an everyday staple.
