Finally a coffee that tastes like the bag describes it—the plum and raspberry notes are really there, not just marketing. I've been brewing it in my pour-over and the juicy acidity cuts through perfectly without being harsh.

The grapefruit acidity is so bright and clean, it made my whole morning pour-over pop. I kept smelling hints of raspberry in the grounds afterward, which was a nice surprise.

Brewed this as a pour-over and the plum note came through beautifully, making for a really pleasant afternoon cup. It's a bit lighter than my usual go-to, so I'd pair it with something sweet next time.
