The dark fruit notes are really prominent and make this coffee stand out from the usual roasts I grab. It’s smooth enough for my morning pour-over and doesn’t get bitter even when it cools down.

I brewed this with my French press and the plum and blackberry flavors were way more distinct than I expected. The chocolate finish is subtle but really rounds everything out nicely.
