Every cup tastes like a tropical fruit punch, with that grapefruit note lingering long after the sip. The winey acidity is huge but somehow balanced, and it's the wildest natural process coffee I've brewed this year.

First sip hit me with that grilled pineapple sweetness, then the winey acidity kicked in and made it feel like a totally different cup. The grapefruit note is there but it's balanced, not sharp. Definitely a wild natural that keeps you guessing.

Really interesting coffee, that grilled pineapple note is surprisingly accurate. It's a bit wild for my usual morning cup but makes a fantastic afternoon brew.
