Brewed my first cup this morning and that caramel layer is unmistakable, really rounds out the dark chocolate notes. The body is surprisingly full for a blend this smooth.

I usually find dark coffee blends too bitter, but this one's velvetiness is real—it's incredibly smooth and the almond butter sweetness comes through perfectly. The caramel layer and big body make it feel like a treat.

The caramel sweetness really comes through in the finish, which I love, but the body is almost too heavy for my afternoon cup. Still, it makes a fantastic morning brew with a splash of oat milk.
