Tried this as a pour-over and the co-ferment really pushes through — got notes of ripe berries I wasn't expecting from a coffee. It’s surprisingly smooth for all that fruit, even as it cools.

Pulled a shot of this as espresso and the fruit notes were so intense it almost tasted like berry juice. Really impressive how clean and sweet it is for a co-ferment.

The fruit flavors in this coffee are absolutely massive—it’s like drinking a cup of ripe berries and tropical punch. I brewed it as a pour-over and it stayed sweet and vibrant all the way through.
