The strawberry note is so forward and juicy it almost tastes like a fruit tea, but the mango sweetness balances it out beautifully. Brewing it as a pour-over really let those experimental flavors shine through.

I’m usually not a mango person in coffee, but this one changed my mind—it’s fruity without being tart. The Colombian beans from Antioquia and Quindio really deliver a smooth, balanced cup.

The strawberry note comes through so clearly in the first sip, it’s like drinking a fruit smoothie with a caffeine kick. The mango lingers just enough on the finish to keep things interesting without being sweet. This is easily the most fun I’ve had with a bag of beans in a while.
