The chocolate finish lingers nicely after that sharp, fruity hit at the start—perfect for my morning pour-over. I’ve been buying single-origin beans for years, and this co-operative offering stands out for balancing brightness with a smooth, satisfying close.

The big acidity hit is pretty intense at first, but it mellows out nicely with a rich chocolate finish. I wish the flavor was a little more balanced from the start; still a solid daily drink for the price.
