The green apple note is so crisp it almost tastes like biting into a fresh fruit, and the herbal tea finish keeps it from being too sweet on the palate. I've been brewing it in my pour-over every morning and it's become the highlight of my routine, seriously smooth even black.

This coffee's citrus and green apple notes really come through without being too tart. Brewed a pour-over this afternoon and the herbal tea finish was a pleasant surprise.
